BreakFree on Cashel, an Accor Hotel

I stayed at the Breakfree in Cashel for a seminar at the University of Canterbury. I booked the cheapest room, which is an inner room without a window. That turned out to be amazing for my sleep. For the first time in years, I woke up at 11 am! (This is very late for me.) I slept incredibly well, I did not know that not having the sunlight could have this kind of positive consequences. Since I spent most of my time at the university, and I did not have to sit in a windowless room, having an inner room had no downsides for me. I ended up quite enjoying my stay.

The lifts. One lift was not working one night and this caused long cues. It was fixed by the next morning. I would not call this a major issue, but when people tried to cut in the line, this created some tensions amongst the guests.
