Lovely stay at Palm Court Hotel Aberdeen. The hotel has been decorated to a high standard and our rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful, especially Janna and the lady on reception when we booked in:). We ate both dinner and breakfast in the Bothy restaurant, the food was excellent.

the room was very comfortable and clean
should have asked for a ground floor room as there was a lot of stairs. having said that it wasn’t too bad

Bright room, good breakfast, nice staff. A bottle of Prosecco in room was a nice touch.
Too many cushions on bed . Would have been nice to have been able to swap the bottle of Prosecco for a bottle of cheaper white wine as we both dislike prosecco. Quite difficult to pull down blind on sky light window

Room was lovely and well equipped. Bathroom was very modern with powerful showers-2 different heads, overhead and lower hand one- and large, thick bath sheets. WiFi was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

it was lovely, we stayed for Hogmanay and the meal / rooms were both excellent.
Nothing, but be aware the rooms are upstairs and there is no lift.

it’s so clean and cosy. perfect for the overnight stay. the food is great and great value for money for overall experience. the staff are all really friendly especially Beverley who is always smiling and welcoming every time I have stayed there

The decor of the room was very contemporary. The bathroom was functional and pretty. We had a bathtub we enjoyed using. The door in between the venue and the hotel helped to cancel out the noise which was essential. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff attentive.
The parking lot was a bit tight.

The food at breakfast - both days all three of us had food that was way too salted to help point we couldn’t eat it. Salt on salted bacon?

No handrail for accessing high sided bath in order to shower.

Had one meal there which was excellent . Didn’t have breakfast
Keys failed several times. Cleaners came to do rooms just after 9am on several days which was too early
