Le lien vers l'enregistrement était toujours retiré dans les messages qu'ils envoyaient. C'est pourtant lors de cet enregistrement que l'on reçoit les codes d'accès. Je n'ai donc jamais séjourné à l'hôtel
Le sévice client est injoignable, je n'arrive pas à me faire rembourser les deux nuits réservées...

I didn’t like anything
Hi, we had a lot of issues and we contacted smartflats but didn’t get any solution.
There is very bad smell in the shower room and there is mold and it’s light doesn’t work. Fridge door is broken, living room floor and door is broken and it’s wall paper is ruined and ripped. Dishwasher is disgustingly dirty and rusty. There is no toilet tissues. No enough blankets and the blankets that we have are dirty with blood and yellow stains on them. We efound bed bugs on our beds and my 2 years old has been crying at night because of bugs biting. Somebody was sleeping outside our door. From when we are back we have itching and rash. We have been to the doctor and they said that it is scabies which passes from bedsheets and in fact there were small insects on the beds. I can send you pictures of every issue explained.

Location
There were a lot of problems:
1. Blockage in the sink.
2. Leaking from the ceiling in toilet and there is electricity board underneath.
3. In the kitchen all the pots were dirty as you can see in the photos attached.
4. Dishwasher was dirty and stinks.
5. Floor tiles with cracks.
6. Flate was on the second floor without lift and there was no light. I need to use my phone torch to come upstairs with my children which was not safe.
7. Smart TV without remote.
8. Hot water was available during the whole stay. I have called them, contacted them via WhatsApp (provided by them) and also email them but nothing changed. Every time they replied that they received the complain and will solve the problem but nothing changed.

Location was good
Poor lightining in stairs. Property had not been properly cleaned. Beds not overly comfortable, pillows tiny and no spares. Bed linen stained.

Lots of space and in the middle of the coty centre. So thats good. Easy access to food and shops.
It is very filthy. Bedbugs, ants and insects all over the livingroom and kitchen, also in the shower we saw insects crawling. There were huge spider webs in the bedroom and dust all over the floor, lamps and vents.

The location was good. Check in was reasonably easy. At first glance the unit looked nice.
No hot water in the shower. One of the towels was a hand towel not a bath towel. There were ants in the fridge. And the radiator fell off the wall causing a small flood and nothing to clean it up but our clean both towels.

IT is large enough, in the center of the city.It's convenient to travel, it's easy to move,but it's hard to park.
There was no hot water in the room, and no one came to maintain it in time, which was somewhat disappointing. Left the residence one day early.

From the bed mattress came out some metallic pieces, all floor was full of dust, the hairdryer was broken, the pillows were so small and useless, there is tv but impossible to use because doesn’t have the tv remote, doors dirty+ the elevator so dirty… disgusting and so disappointed comparing to the pictures from booking.com

The apartment is beautiful and the location is like that, but unfortunately when we got there, we did not find heating, no working TV, no internet and cold water, and when we called them and told them about it, we were transferred. Except a studio, not for the family, but for people addicted to alcohol and women I did not see a day with them unfortunately and with all this suffering, 150 euros were deducted from the credit card unfortunately

The location is great. A bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected in a city centre location. Comfortable beds.
There is a hole in the ceiling in the toilet from which brown liquid drips down onto users of the toilet. There is a foul stench of sewage and the electrics are protected only by placement of a strategically placed plastic bottle with the top cut off in an effort to catch some of the drips. There is a lack of glasses. No bottle opener. Few pots and pans. No tea towels. Cigarette butts across the terrace (I assume from flats above). Decor dire.
Finally, we tried to report the toilet issue to the owners, but did not receive a response to our messages.
All in all, very disappointing.

without notifying me they came in 2 different days men to fix a television that had no defect entered without knocking on the door and I was still sleeping absurd to run out to wear clothes with a man inside the flat without the slightest warning us! disrespect! very hot place sun beats down all day afternoon all without air conditioning and 2 dirty old fans that don't work and the bathroom flooded clogged with hair because the cleaning didn't remove it!

Location is good
We went 4 people there and there was no bedsheet for two people, even though the bed was prepared, there was no enough pillows for four people and duvet and pillow were extremely dirty. Sofa bed was extremely dirty as well, we had to use our tshirt as a pillow case.

central location, spacious apartments
the sofa bed for 2 persons was broken and not usable so we had no bed for 2 persons from our group - and of course we have paid for them. the contact person asked to send videos showing the problem - no one ever replied to that. the day we were leaving, we were asked for any feedback on our stay - so we restated our complaint, the reply was 'please accept our apologies".
quite astonishingly, even after such a level of service, they were not able to accommodate our request for keeping our luggage in the building for 2 hours extra after the check-out time: "it's not possible to leave them in the apartment since we need to clean it and prepare it for the next guest".
a pity. with only a little bit of extra care for the
guests, it could have been a very positive experience.

We got to the apartment late in the evening, and initially it looked wonderful, on closer inspection however I was ABSOLUTELY APPALLED at this place. The list of issues I have is quite long
1- No toilet roll (a basic necessity)
2- An outrageous smell of human faeces coming from the wash room attached to the bedroom which is worrying considering there isn’t even a toilet in there..
3- The sofa is dirty
4 - The duvet is revolting with a plethora of stains
5 - The bed has stains on
6- The walls are paper thin and I can hear every moment underneath us
7- The “double bed” was intact 2 single beds pushed together
8- There was broken glass under the sofa
9- We couldn’t sleep because the noise from next door sounded like it was in our room
10- The code for the “smart flat” meant anyone with that code could open the door, it felt very unsettling.
When we directly contacted the property with these issues and asked for our money back they have ignored us!!

Lovely apartment except for the flooded, unusable, bathroom
When we checked in we noticed moisture on bathroom floor, but thought that it had just been cleaned and hadn't had time to dry. We went out for the evening, but when we returned there was water leaking all over bathroom floor, leaking out into hallway and across into one of the bedrooms. Also, the shower tray had filled up with water and the drain had obviously blocked as it was full of gunk. We called the number given on the app and the receptionist said to video it and then they would contact a technician. They then told us that they would alert the people in the apartment below (!) and that a technician would be out, but not that night, and that there was no other apartment available to transfer to. So, we had to stay there with the flood and put towels across doorways to stop it running into the living area and the other bedroom while we slept. No one came the next morning so we had to book into a hotel at further cost.

Room 202: very run down, Dirty, broken sofa, broken patio, dust clusters under beds, very loud in the evening from street noise, very loud upstairs noise (could hear every step), broken tiles, holes in ceiling, hanging wires in bathroom, dirty kitchen, not enough towels, not enough toilet paper, no hand towels or kitchen towels, not enough coffee or tea - just overall run down and not as picture

It was really noisy and we found broken glasses on the floor. Also, we couldn't find two bed sheets only one. Otherwise it was ok.

The apartment was great, very central location to explore the city. Super easy check in procedure. The communication was clear and the codes were sent on time. The bed was super comfortable.
