Hall Suites

There was no breakfast that I was aware of. It is a small place with limited rooms, no elevators, limited staff but very clean and comfortable. Convenient location with easy walk to train station and buses

the office does not have staff all the time but readily available to communicate

La chambre était propre et la décoration était sobre mais agréable. Nous étions dans le centre commerçant de empoli ce qui était appréciable

L’ascenseur était cassé et nous étions au 3 eme étage Pas de petit déjeuné ce qui était dommage

Very clean and comfortable. Stylish too.

The self check in was quoted arduous.

Great location, nice design, good shower, comfortable bed.

There was zero daily housekeeping. Also communication was extremely lacking. If we wanted to ask a question, we had to submit through booking.com and wait to hear back. There really isn’t any breakfast as advertised. The “breakfast is a room that they open for a few hours in the morning, with coffee pods and a terrible pre-packaged muffin. Also, don’t expect to find ice. You will have to go on a hunt for extra toilet paper too. There are no available amenities. In the photos there is a beautiful lounge room pictured, don’t expect to have access to it, this room is locked the majority of the time. It is overpriced concerning all the above issues. They are also inflexible with a later checkout.
