Although a little dated, the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The rooms were a good size.

There was a hotel restaurant but it did not appear to be opened for breakfast or was only available by reservation only.

Cleaning service every day -- water and clean towels. I love that I have an electric kettle in the room! coffee, tea, miso, whenever I need it. Awesome. The staff is fantastic. So patient, and willing to go out of their way to help you get around and find where you need to go.

The room was quite small for the duration of my stay - I was feeling a bit stir crazy after a few days. I would likely book a bigger room if I could, for next time. But the location was good -- between sakuragicho and hinodecho stations.

It was cheap and not too far away

The bed was too hard, all the amenities were old, and the room smelled bad. It was the first time we ever considered checking out of a hotel early

It was our second time staying at the hotel. We like it since it is a nice price to value ratio, good location and staff.

This time everything was like we expected. So nothing to complain.

The staff is kind and friendly. We forgot some of our belongings in the room, so the hotel personnel sent it to us by mail with no problem. The room was clean and light. Everything in the room worked with no problems. The beds were soft and big enough for two adults and a 3 y.o. kid. The room was cleaned daily, and they put new bottles of water each time.

There was no safe box in the room, and the AC airflow direction was not adjustable. We booked a room with a mountain view, but even on the 7th floor, we only saw a neighbour's building.

The sockets in the room were at odd place.

I like bed size, it was good size.
