Excellent value! Very well located in the middle of Kata area right next to the night market yet quiet. I was greeted like in a 5* hotel with a welcome drink. Easy communication. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was working fine.

Amazing location, surrounded by all kinds of shops and in front of the Night Market. 15 min walking to the beach. Kind staff (well, we are talking about Thailand <3).
The room was clean, with comfy bed and pillows, some very appreciated amenities, like shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, water, coffee. The restaurant downstairs is an amazing addition! Delicious food!
- Not a problem in itself, but for those with mobility issues, be aware that the guest house has steep stairs!
- Low shower pressure.
- A full body mirror would be much appreciated.
