The building is great for children with the pool and slides. That will keep them entertained all day. Location is also great. The room had a slide and a ball pit so it was fun for my little boy.

The room itself was a little run down, for example loose plug sockets, broken cupboard doors. No toiletries given. For this price I would usually get something a bit nicer.

maintenance crew need to check a room before guests arrive. We arrived to leaking pipes from the sink. It is not a good look and we wasted 3 hours on our first night trying to sort out the issue. Unacceptable really , we want to spend our time relaxing not taking care of room maintenance. One of the lifts was not working in the building when we got there during the week. Then when it got busy on the weekend the other lift failed. Maintenance should have attended to the other lift before the weekend . That way guests would still have use of a lift if needed.
