Ich liebte es, im Indian Rocks Beach in dieser erstaunlichen modernen Wohnung zu bleiben. Es ist wirklich ein Zuhause fern von zu Hause, da es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und vieles mehr hat. Wenn du gern kochst, hast du alles in der Küche, die du brauchst. Wenn Sie gerne essen, gibt es erstaunliche Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und man muss nicht eine Straße überqueren, um zum Strand zu kommen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. -AP

Nice place close to the beach. We liked that it was on the ocean side of Gulf Blvd so we didn’t have to cross the street every time we went to the beach. Neighbors upstairs are noisy, like a lot of the other reviews mention.

Great location beach bars right across the street with live entertainment.Couch and master bed extremely comfortable. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need and use kitchen gadgets plenty of paper products cleaning products you name it it was there Beach supplies I love this place right on the Ocean side short one minute walk to the sand and pool.The only downside was the building was not constructed with soundproof board in the walls and ceilings so you did here outside noise from traffic and then foot traffic upstairs it didn't bother me that much. I will definitely stay there again

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and being on beach side was a real plus, didn't need to use car. Another plus was the master bed, very comfortable. Area restaurants and bars walkable. My one BIG negative to this property was that it needed a deep cleaning and update. We washed the floors twice when we first arrived because our feet were always dirty. The master bath shower had mold, we cleaned that as well. All the air vents looked so dirty. Kitchen chairs were all stained, it did not represent the photos in VRBO. Informed the Owner and sent pictures and he told me that Cleaning lady said it was fine. Well it wasn't with us and our family.

Process was easy and location was perfect. As others have mentioned you can hear the people upstairs and outside noise but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t take care of.

Stay was nice, location was great! Condo was clean, roomy, and very comfortable.
Night life and neighbors upstairs were fairly loud but would stay here again without question. Would strongly recommend.

The property was clean, great location, and easy check in/out process. Property manager very responsive. Only cons were the noise from upstairs and uncomfortable twin beds.

This unit is located perfectly in Gulf Blvd, in great proximity to stores and restaurants. You will not have a view of the Gulf but you are steps away and no roads to cross. This unit had everything you would need from cooking to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers! Only complaint is the noise that comes from the squeaky floors above, and the Internet wasn’t working but the owner did every thing he could to try and resolve the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner is great and very responsive. Beautiful condo with everything you could need! Perfect location.. very close to beach and walking distance to alot of great restaurants! I would do more than 5 stars if possible! Definitely recommend!

Great proximity to a beautiful beach! Quaint area away from hustle and bustle of the busier touristy areas. Close enough to amenities and attractions that were a relatively easy drive away. Enjoyed our family time in the sun, having fun and making memories!

Enjoyable stay!
We loved the relaxed, tropical-feeling, white and turquoise color scheme! Surfaces were immaculate. Beautiful and interesting wicker furniture. Suggest frying pan with matching lid replacement for kitchen. Not on beach, of course, but several nice trees outside balcony and good location otherwise. Easy access from sidewalk and convenient access to good beach restaurants. Wonderful sunsets. We thank you for the precious family time we enjoyed there!

Great relaxing vacation
Everything was great, the condo was beautiful and spacious everything we needed was right there. Places to eat and do was within walking distances. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Best vacation I have ever had.

This went on at 2 am, 3 am and every time we were in the condo. Seems to me that either these are very poorly constructed. It’s too bad because otherwise I think we would have really enjoyed the space. Didn’t have a single night where we could sleep through due to all the noise from that resident.

The place was beautiful and was located in a quieter area of Florida, which we enjoyed!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The rental was spacious and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay!
Our family of 5 (kids ranging from 3-9yrs) stayed here during spring break and had a great time! The location is really great, but I did miss the beach view at times. As other reviews have said, the noise level is really our only complaint and that’s to no fault of the owner. The upstairs renters partied a bit and it sounded like a herd of elephants at times. Also, the bar across the street had live music until about 10pm every night and you could sing along while inside because of how loud it was. Not a big deal if you don’t go to bed early, but it wasn’t ideal putting our 3yr old to bed at night. Lastly, I’d recommend the owner supply a vacuum of some sort because there was always a little sand that needed swept up and the broom we found was kind of worthless.
