Big spacious rooms and very clean . Well located in the centre . I would definitely stay again . The hotels concierge very helpful .

Had to wait to get checked in , not enough staff as she was the only one Also the shower in rooms seems to have weak pressure but does the job to have a shower so. It a big issue .

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and made my stay relaxing.

Location means you can walk to the Corniche with a slightly walk taking you to the World Trade Centre and Qasr Al Hosn. The bed and pillows where comfortable.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floor and there were several little flies in there. I had booked a double, non-smoking room but when I arrived for check-in (one-hour after it had opened for me), it was unavailable. I was offered an upgrade to a smoking room but declined it. I was then offered a non-smoking room with two single beds which I took. Another aspect was I couldn't get the WiFi to work. While it didn't impact me because I didn't need it, the passcode given to me at check-in didn't work.
