The bathroom dirty and water leaking. The lamp in master bedroom cannot be used.

the towels provided are very bad. in photo show 1 queen 1 single but actual 1 queen1 sofa bed.
No sofa as shown in photo. hard to check out early, staff incharge come to work at 9.30.

they should inform about he facility usage before paying the booking money. This is not right sending details after receive payment

I left the room in good conditions but the staff try to accuse me bring damage to their facilities (sofa bed) in order to take my deposit(got proof on whatsapp text). Luckily they text me after im collecting back my deposit.

The management says they don't want guess .. they don't like the owners guess. How come booking.com refer me this. This was my last trip with booking. I'll cancel all future booking and diactivate booking.com.. really disappointed.. my car got claimed by management. I paid RM50. I'll use agoda or other app but no booking.com. I feel so bad 😞 .

the room that i stay because its clean and big as expected
the waiting area for customer is not available and we can't sit while waiting for the checkin . schedule for the pool is not accurate . always have a charge . so its just nice :)
