There should be some sort of a bench at the end of the bed for suitcases. They had to be on the floor this is uncomfortable for older people to bend all the time. Chairs for sitting on for the TV were very hard, maybe some couches instead. No soap in the shower. No tissues. Nothing for the mozzies. There should be something for that.

Two Doors Cottage was ideally located for us and had the facilities that we wanted, namely a kitchen area for self-catering, lounge area, TV and separate bathroom. Also private secure parking.
Two main issues:
1. There was no form of heating (the weather was cold and wet duirng part of our stay) and the room was quite chilly. No doubt it would be better during hot weather.
2, There need to be much more back up lighting (e.g.solar) during power outages.

Very rare that the best part of an accommodation is the host. Elizabeth was amazing. The cottage is neat and comfortable, ideal for leisure and business. Great location, close to everything. Such a gem.
The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze for two people.

Elizabeth is a lovely caring host. I loved the quiet location and easy access to Cape Town. This accommodation was perfectly suitable for my needs. Private parking offered peace of mind.

Location. Cleanliness. Ease of use.
Better lighting needed. A coat stand or hooks for hanging coats. Larger refrigerator. TV should be mounted opposite the bed for easy viewing.

Excellent stay. The friendly and homely welcome by Elizabeth made for a lovely stay. The cottage is very neat and well equipped . The location is excellent with a partial view of table mountain. A real Cape Town experience. Well worth the stay !!

Loved the fact we had our own private courtyard. Great that there was a full oven so we could grill our breakfast. Judith & Elizabeth were very friendly and welcoming highly recommended

The Mozzies did a fine job on me. Would have been nice to have had some Doom / Peaceful Sleep type repellent.
A wee Fan would have been great because it was summer & the days & nights were hot. There's no aircon.
Some extra TLC - like a bit more milk, some rusks or wee biscuits with the tea, maybe instant coffee as I didn't want a whole jug of coffee. These are just inconsequential things - but help to reduce the ' hassle factor ' of travelling.

The safety of the area was great, we felt safe at all times. It is very peaceful and quiet in the area, we could relax and unwind. It was relaxing and refreshing to stay there. The pool area is absolutely refreshing.
The cleanliness of the cottage was up to par and Judith was great.
The host, Elizabeth communicated with us prior our visit even during our stay and made sure we ok at all times and Judith was amazing.
We thoroughly enjoy our stay.
