Staff were friendly. Our room was upgraded, and, it was better and bigger than what I expected. Aircon works well. Water pressure is good, with hot shower.

Limited tv channels. Small elevator. Bathtub was pretty inconvenient to shower. Limited socket. Stained bedsheets.

card wasn’t working , had to call reception and subsequently changed the batteries. then at night electricity wasn’t working, and floors were so hot. made us worried whether some wires were burning. finally changed rooms.

No breakfast provided so we had to drive out to town for the nearest makan place.

Neon flashing lights next to our room window disturbed our sleep+ nothing the hotel could do about that.

So many restaurants over there and delicious foods.

The surroundings, bed was comfort.

Toilet was not clean, water pressure was very low. Saw some stains in bedsheets. Light was not bright enough, saw the socket next to bed was broken.

the rooms were extremely dirty. there were hair in the mattress of the bed, under the sheets, the sheets and the towels were stained.

Friendly staff. Prompt response to my request. Daily housekeeping with new towels and toileterries. Location is strategic. Ample free parkings.

Sound proof. I could hear the voice from my room next door clearly especially when the guest was talking on his phone in a loud voice at 1am. But I am glad that this only happened on my last night. I could also hear the restaurant next door moving the gas tank every morning and every night.
