There was open sewage in front of hotel. Food and laundry service were costly

The breakfast was very good and the dinner buffet was excellent. The wi-fi quality was quite good. The staff was quite friendly and responsive. The gym, pool and game facilities were fair.

A few of the things were not working when I checked-in and had to be fixed - the TV set top box wasn't working, the iron table was broken. The bathroom could've been a bit more clean as there were some stains on the floor. The water heating was also not consistent (it was hot and cold with no control)

The location , food and other amenities in room were good .

The service , ambience was poor . The staff were not good , Not comfortable to talk with. Had a few issues with the check out process !!!

Wen it was fortune select they used to keep detox water near lift ,,this time as it is under ITC i t was missing ,,and something was missing which I don't understand ,,,
