The view, the chalet and the food.

Little noise from the road.

The place is everything it is advertising and with the added wifi to the individual rooms, there is nothing missing. However, the highlight of this property on top of the beautiful views and rooms, is the staff managing it. I have so many examples of amazing support we received throughout. Before we got there they supported us to get our preferred room. When we got there and had a question on the wifi, reception was busy on the phone. While I waited, the restaurant manager came to help me. The bar man made me a special non-alcoholic cocktail (currently pregnant) and brought it to the lookout deck making me feel like I can still have a jol. When we struggled with parking, the staff chatted to other rooms and arranged the cars to move so that everyone can safely park (including people arriving after us). Every question was answered fully and with friendliness and they went out of our way to make us feel comfortable. The property runs like a hotel so you can put everything on a tab and get towels from reception and have daily cleaning services.

Signal is extremely bad here. No wifi, No signal and no calls. The WiFi upgrade to the rooms was a major benefit for us!

Amazing staff, beautiful room, nice facilities. The taboggan was loads of fun, as was the Scootour (although too short : took 12 minutes 🙈)

1. Our room was right next to reception but we, unit 16, and unit 17, didn't have a dedicated parking (the only 2 units without dedicated parking) so had to park way across in the visitors parking. 2. We could not leave our sliding door open due to the sewer smell. 3. Breakfast on the first morning was terrible, despite advising them in advance of our dietary requirements. Second day's breakfast was much better!

Beautiful restaurant and beautiful location.

Lack of internet. The place is mouldy.
