Novotel Manila Araneta City Hotel

I always stay here whenever I’m in Manila. The location is very convenient, clean and friendly staff.

During my stay this time, the bathroom doors are not working properly. But everything else is okay.

We always have an amazing time when we stay here.. Very relaxing. Thenlounge is so beautiful and convenient! The room is spacious and always clean. The best part. I seem to have left my adidas jacket when I stayed here last Aug 30.. Called them last night and they have safely kept it ever since.. kudos to the staff!!

The hotel was clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. I also liked the buffet—there was a good selection to choose from.

The room didn’t have some basic extras like cotton buds, cotton pads, or a shower cap. Also, instead of the usual small bar soaps, everything was in dispensers, which isn’t really my preference. Oh and there was a stain on the headboard too. The pool experience was a bit disappointing too. They only allowed the exact number of people registered in the room, which I haven’t really experienced in other hotels. On top of that, we had to pay extra to use the pool, but it was being shared with kids having swimming lessons at the same time, so it didn’t feel very relaxing or worth the extra cost.
