We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Dar Essoaoude! Fatima and Amira were so kind, welcoming and attentive. Amira met us from the transfer and helped us find our way to Dar Essoaoude! The Dar is beautiful, tucked away but in the heart of the Medina - everything is accessible by foot. Fatima took the time to greet us, provide advice and recommendations, and welcomed us so warmly, even with our late arrival. The room was spacious and pretty, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was generous and we loved the msmen! When we came in to escape from the rain Fatima kindly prepared a mint tea for us. It was really the best welcome to Fes we could have hoped for and we would highly recommend for short or long stays. Thank you!

Spacious room and lovely breakfast.

Place is hard to find. Parking is mentioned in the description but they mean the municipal parking and it's quite far from the Riad. We had to walk 10-15 mins to the property and it's a challenge to find the Riad as it is hidden in a very narrow dead end alley. It's impossible to find it if someone does not show you they way there! Also the rooms could do with some furniture update.
