BruStar Sagrada Familia

Although a little tricky to find first time, the greeting at reception was very thorough and all the features and quirks clearly explained on arrival. The shower was excellent and there was a bath as well. My room overlooked the street, but was so quiet that this was not noticeable. No refrigerator, as I found this was common in Spain for budget hotels. The location, being so close to the Sagrada Familia was fantastic and it was a short walk to the Metro for all the other attractions. A mini supermarket and dining venues are within metres of the front door. I stayed four nights and really enjoyed my time there.

A small fridge is always a bonus, but room temp. beers in Spain was easy to accept!

The staff was friendly. The location is perfect. The room was very spacious with a little balcony.

Lack of shampoo and shower gel. The 2 mini size ones offered are enough for 1 shower each.

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The room was very noisy. The windows faced the street, and it felt like there was almost no sound insulation. There is also a bar downstairs, so it was difficult to avoid the noise. The shower area could be better maintained, and there was nowhere convenient to hang or dry towels. The shelf above the toilet wasn’t very practical for that purpose. Only hand soap was provided. There were a few toiletry bottles in the bathroom, but they looked used, so we didn’t feel comfortable using them.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral, alles leicht und schnell zu erreichen, gute Anbindung an das Verkehrsnetz.
