Convenient, clean, very suitable for three people. Very comfortable. Had (almost) everything we needed.

A light outside the main bedroom came on and off during the night, presumably a security light reacting to animal movement in the back yard, disturbing our sleep. The cistern also kept running and turning the filling tap on and off (clunk, clunk) during the night, also disturbing our sleep until one of us got up and gave it a thorough flush. The property would be very much improved by some attention to the attractiveness of the back yard which has untapped potential. We were unable to find any teatowels. Besides the above points (easily fixed I imagine), the place was very pleasant and we enjoyed staying there.

Host was very responsive when there was an issue with chairs. All fixed within an hour.

Couch was too low, but I am told that has now been fixed

Loved this apartment had everything I needed and more even a stove and oven but as I only stayed one night I didn’t use The owners were nice enough to come out and help me with a small issue in a convenient location for me to catch the Shuttle bus to Melbourne airport from the Station the next day Apartment was spotless on arrival and smelt nice and fresh Hope to stay again one day Almost forgot to mention the shower was great Really good water pressure And also comfortable Bed Thankyou!

The location was great. Close to everything.

The pillows were very soft and flat and the bed covers slip off the bed. A doona might be a better option. A mirror in each of the bedrooms might be a handy addition.

In general, the property was fine. The apartments are well laid out, impeccably clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The location was close to the centre of Shepparton, and we enjoyed the stay. There was hot water when we arrived, but we wasted a great deal of water waiting for it to warm up this morning. It never did warm up, so showering/washing was not at all convenient. Except for the issue with the lack of hot water,

Sort out the hot water service, and also check the washer in the hot tap in the hand basin to the left of the washing machine. It is fair to say that Hayes St is a busy road, but the traffic noise settled (for the most part) by the time we went to bed.

The ladies would really like a light above the bathroom mirror - makes it easier for them to apply the makeup etc.
