Maintenance condition of rooms could be better

The location was fantastic The manager Victor went above and beyond to make us comfortable. This young man is the epitome of hospitality. 10/10 to him!!

Very comfortable room. Clean modern facilities. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast on the terrace with views of the mountains all around. Right in the heart of Verbier, close to everything.

The view from the room was great and had everything been in order in the room it would have been really good. All staff were helpful and kind.

The room was not clean there was hair everywhere behind doors and the rugs at the side of the bed in particular . A tower fan had been placed in the room for some cooling but it was useless. The shower riser didn't work, the entire shower fitting was loose. The towel rail was hanging off the wall at both ends. The shower screen leaked so it was wet all around the toilet. The balcony was big but in wrapping around the room and the far end of it went to a waste collection area which smelt badly so certain windows couldn't be opened. Someone had also been smoking in this area and left a packet of fags on the floor however with bin area so close I could chuck it over!!! The parasol on the balcony was broken a reflection of the room in itself. Another hotel with no bar drinks available at reception in bottles. Just disappointing overall.
