Amazing self contained apartment located close to Rome Termini and the Colosseum. Both are 10-15min walk. It has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay in Rome. Comfortable large bed, air conditioning, large living room, TV,, washing machine and fast wifi. Building is also very secure and has a lift which means no dragging suitcases up stairs. A rare thing for apartments in Italy. Very good restaurants, grocery store and gelato close by as well as metro station and bus stops all around 5min walk. Honestly it’s the best located apartment for a holiday. I stayed for 10 days and have nothing negative to say. The owner Gianni is very kind and provides great restaurant recommendations and also offers walking tours. I’d highly recommend a walking tour with Giannii. He customises the experience for you and costs a fraction of what tour companies charge for a private guide. He’s also very responsive if you have any questions about the property. Highly recommend staying here when in Rome

Nothing

Well equipped, safe, homely and quiet apartment with great amenities. Very close to the A metro and walking distance from the main train line which made moving around Rome and side trips to other cities a breeze. Host was very friendly, helpful and customer service oriented and even dropped us off to the airport at the end of stay.

The entire experience was great. Highly recommended.
