Are little small but just what I needed

Nothing

The room was clean and tidy, I honestly thought it was a normal room, but was so thankful that our cat could stay with us. The staff were so nice and lovely at check in. I loved that there was no carpet in the room.

The light from the TV was really bright at night.

I liked that it was out of the city and not hard to navigate to

Flowers smelt very strong and overpowering in the chalets area

Chalets are nice n comfy Good Room with the convenience of a washer n dryer and the doors leading out.

No sharp knifes in chalets so need to get some before you arrive. No Fresh towels until the day before we left Staff were not friendly, Our group got accused of teenagers wondering where the locals live when we only had 6year old and younger children. No apology just a remark of disregard my phone call then, even got questioned you sure you don't have kids which i replied yes we do under the age of 6. Walked outside to see the care taker watching our chalets. The next day in the afternoon we got a text message about the same thing when our group had been at a netball tournament all day 🙃 Pool was closed at 5pm so we called the after hours service to ask if the caretaker could open the pool and the after hours person was just rude and hung up on us. It was disappointing and i wouldn't be booking there again, which is a shame as it was a perfect fit for our group travelling from Melbourne.
