The location, optimal distance related to main objectives. Very close to the location there are a lot of restaurants, gelaterias, supermarkets. Very easy to arrive (left) to airport. We traveled in the very hot period and the air conditional works very, very well. (August).

Centrally located and easy to navigate to, facilities were spacious with AC's in both sleeping rooms that made the stay much more comfortable during the summer. The owners were communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, very pleased with our choice to stay here!

Top location in Rome next to Pantheon, with an easy access to any sights by walking or public transport. Great facility to be used as a base for exploring Rome in a several days trip.

Cheap old cutlery takes some positive experience away when it comes to taking a bite or a drink in the apartment. Cheap iron without ironing board can be a challenge if you need to iron clothes for three people. Sofa bed does not have upholstery, making it look and feel very nasty. Duvets without duvet covers, instead, its two sheets used from both sides of a duvet, like it would be in ancient Rome. There is a powerful white noise from some machine working overhead, my guess it was boiler or ventilation. If you like to sleep in silence, like i do, this might be a challenge, and lead to a headache.

Great location, lovely and clean, comfy bed

The location couldn't be better ! it's exactly near the pantheon and yet very private ! very close to everything, you can go to the top locations by walking There was a coffee house across the street so once we woke up and came down immediately and grab a tasty coffee ! Apartment was clean, exactly as photos. it has a tv You can take the sofa's mattress in case you want to know. (it's not comfy - but enough for 8KG baby)

1. There is a restaurant storage under the apartment so we had some noisy nights. I asked the house keeper to help with this, they tried to reach to the restaurant team but unfortunately it was not very helpful. It's an old building so you can hear every step and noise. 2. No elevator and it's on the first floor with high stairs, if you have a lot of bags/baby stroller so it would be a bit hard but not a big deal for a short stay:) !

Great location! Walking distance to the main sights and attractions. Cosy and clean apartment, good space for three people. We were greeted by Simona, who was super nice. Check in was quick. We recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent location, very nice apartment, with basic facilities but maybe needs a radio or tv?

A fair bit of noise from the apartment upstairs. Sofa bed in lounge not very comfortable so not ideal for friends sharing as only 1 other bed, ok for couple. Boiler and plumbing very noisy, not helpful when trying to sleep.
