Hello Maria, Thank you so much for everything, you were without a doubt one of the best hostesses we've ever met on our travels. From the attention in picking us up at the bus station, to asking us every day if we had slept well or if we needed anything, until the last day leaving us on the boat! It was exceptional! The guest house is super welcoming, with a patio with a magnificent garden all arranged by Maria where you are very comfortable resting or eating. It is 5 minutes from the center on foot and we have several ways to go and come back. If you don't want to go to the center to eat, they have a very good take-away pizzeria 6 minutes away on foot called Belmondo Pizzaria Dubrovnik. A place without a doubt that we recommend and that one day later we think about returning!

We loved our stay here. It has a very convenient location with a supermarket and everything you need nearby. Maria is an excellent hostess! We highly recommend this place.

Maria is a wonderful and warm host that welcomes you and that takes time to help you. We felt like home and we had a great time hanging in her beautiful garden. Our son had a lovely time chasing the turtles and feeding the fish. Maria was also very keen towards our son by giving him attention and small activities for him at the guesthouse. I highly recommend Maria's, the city is at 15 minutes walk (stairs) and a supermarket is next to the guesthouse. Maria was kind enough to help us with our laundry and drove us to the port for our departure.

This is THE place to stay if you want to be outside the craziness of Old Town but close enough to walk. It truly felt like a home away from home, Maria was an excellent host and went above and beyond for me, helping me with lost luggage and transporting me to and from the bus station. The house and garden terrace is stunning, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Thank you!

MAGNIFIQUE especially the garden, it’s a magical place. The house is near to the old town 10min by foot and only 2 minutes by taxi. You don’t need to rent a car because the prices are very low (4,50 from Maria’s house to the old town). Maria is very kind no word can describe the kindness of this women. The rooms are very clean enough for 2 or 3 persons. I will definitely go back to her house.

Maria, the owner, is super nice and sweet! Parking is included (not onsite but Maria will bring you there with her car!) the house is fantastic, with a beautiful garden. Room was cozy and clean. I would recommend this place and definitely get back next time I am in Dubrovnik.

Maria’s enthousiasme to help and make sure our stay was smooth.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable to the point that I used a bathrobe as a pillow. The mattresses, at least in our room, could definitely be changed!

Such a wonderful stay at Maria’s magical place! From the moment she picked us up from the boat and left fresh rosemary in the room to giving us an excellent rundown of the city to washing our clothes, Maria’s wonderful garden house was the perfect place to experience Dubrovnik from. Our day excursions to the islands of Lokrum and Mljet really added to our stay with nice beaches, excellent city views, and escapes from the bustle of Old Town. It’s a short, pleasant walk into Old Town while enjoying the loveliness of the garden just outside the city walls. Enjoy this special place! Thanks for everything Maria! Hope to see you again soon!

Maria's house is just amazing and she is the best host ever I have ever met! Although we only stayed at her place one night it was the best experience we had so far. The house has a wonderful garden that makes you dream about it. We will definitely come back and stay at Maria's house again. Maria is so welcoming and she takes care of you a lot! Her apartment is just 5 minutes distance from the old town by walk where you can discover the best part of Dubrovnik. Also, she picks you up from where you arrive in Dubrovnik and takes you to her beautiful house regardless of the time making your trip hassle-free! I can not find anything that i don't like. Everything was super good

We were amazed by the beauty of the garden outside and the possibility to cook in the same environment, thanks to the wonderful outside kitchen. Maria was absolutely charming host, a true kind professional in hosting who looked after us very well and staying here in general was like being at home. Absolute gem near the old town!
