The stay was ok. Received welcome drink- orange juice. The host helped for hotel to port taxi booking. The daily housekeeping was good and got fresh towels and water bottles everyday.

Though the google location shows this property is just 700m from the Fira center but it feels very far because of difficult high hill walk from the property. Not recommended for old age people or small children's unless you have or rent a car. But you need to find a parking place for a car as there is no private place for parking. Did not receive any introductory information or sightseeing information from the host, which is generally expected to provide. During booking, we do not get the actual idea about the location of the room, everything looks perfect but at actual there was no view from the room. The bed was with spring mattress, was not that much comfortable. The bathroom fittings and accessories were quite old and some of them were rusted. When I open the shower the water was leaking from the pipe instead of coming from the shower. When we flush the toilet, the water was leaking from the tank. We stayed there for 3 nights, 4 days out of that first night when we came from sightseeing and there was no hot water in the shower. Second day, when we informed the lady said sometimes there is electric switch problem but now it is sorted. And if this happens again, we need to call her. But at the checkout day , I had to leave the room at 6am to catch a ferry and there was no hot water in the shower. We had to take cold water shower at 5am, it is very disappointing. As the host already knows that there is problem with the switch, they should have checked beforehand and find permanent solution as the hot water shower is the basic requirement of the stay. If the basic requirement is not getting fulfilled, then for what we are paying such high cost for?

Although we do not speak English and Greek, the blonde lady who owns the hotel helped us in every way. I'm sorry now that I forgot to ask your name. the location of the hotel is great. The rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily. Even though we stayed at the hotel in Athens for 4 days, they wanted an extra fee for cleaning. If I come again, it will be the hotel I will stay in without hesitation. THANK YOU:)

From the property to the center even though its 7 mins walk but its high hill so elders can't walk due to high hill.

Everything from staff to cleanliness to facilities. Fabulous linen and toiletries. Highly recommend this to all people except people with mobility issues. Five star all the way. ❤️❤️

The climb to Fira and the shops and Tavernas. If you have mobility issues it will be a struggle for some. Great cardio workout.

Every day, a waiter cleans the room and adds coffee to bottle water. The hotel is very close to the city center and the bus station, which is very convenient.

Wanted to go for breakfast but couldn't find the kitchen, asked the waiter but she couldn't speak english. It would be nice if there is a kitchen in the hotel to provide meals
