Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. The place was stylish and well-furnished. Having two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, was a nice bonus. The living room was spacious, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We were within a 20-minute walk of all the main attractions. Plus, our host was friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious, great location, parking in front of the building
The air condition in the bedroom wasn’t working, needs to be fixed, especially in summer day in Skopje, the one in the dining room wasn’t powerful enough to cool the whole apartment.

It was clean.
Primary concern was location and that was main reason why we booked this apartment. In the add, it was advertised as Skopje city centar. When we arrived, we found out that this address in half an hour by walk from city centar and that host has several locations that he rents. Nobody informed us that this apartment would be far away from city centar and we arrived with small kids (they cannot walk that distance). We were only one night in this city and this was very unpleasent. In addition, kitchen did not have any kitchenware and host knew that we are 4 adults and 3 small kids that are renting apartment. After our arrival, we saw other complaints from people that rentad from this host and that were also complaints on location. In my opinion this booking is misleading and location needs to be carefully checked for future. Not recommended

Lack of remote control for air conditioning in bedroom. Not possible to switch it on.
Also the building itaelf not in the good condition.

The appartment has a great location, it is large, clean and perfectly equiped.

The only thing i like was property looks nice.
Very bad wifi, we were family and at the same time only one person's wifi was working.
Towels were smelly.
Its almost 3 km from center
Owner is KING, he would'nt reply you calls even you die there.

Nice clean and close to main attractions,
Water in the Shower was it hard to control the temperature, and shower head holder needs to be done up it’s bit loose it does make it bit hard to have shower
Air con in the bedroom doesn’t work
Even though one in lounge room it works fine

the apartment was very spacious,with good off street parking.
there was no holder for the shower head and the second separate toilet had a constant funky/moldy smell. there should be a ladder on the bunk bed.

The location was good and the living room was nice.
The rooms was too small, the beds was for teenagers not adults. Two rooms was join together and small. The Wi-Fi was bad

Very spacious apartments, ideal for big group of people. Located in quiet neighbourhood, 24/7 shop and supermarket are close.

Good communication with the host. They met us at the property, showed us in and went over the basics for the apartment. Parking is conveniently located at the location, and it is easy to find on Google Maps.
There were no paper towels, pot holders, or other cloths/towels in the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with the essential equipment, but it was lacking cooking basics such as salt, pepper and oil. Also, the hot water in the kitchen was not working, so we had to clean our dishes in cold water. It was okay for us, as we were meeting friends for most of our meals, so we did not do any cooking.

The suite was very large! Really lot of space.
It was quite dark appartment, and not that close to the city center as described on booking (aprox 25minutes walking).
Parking was right next to the building.

The Apartment was very Clean and modern.
Some visibility at home for a new gest was not available ( Like to make Tee or Coffee for first few min was unavailable ) and also ( for everyone 2 person there was 1 blanket no one can sleep well its better to put there extra blankets or for everyone 1 blanket.

Nice apartment in the city center of Skopje. Keep in mind that there are different apartments in different locations you can book. In our apartment everything was very clean and comfortable. Martin is a great host. He was really helpful and also organized the airport transfer for us.

Very nice apartment and just like the pictures. Clean and well equipped. Good beds and very good sizing. Also the temperature was warm.
The location of booking was fake. I rented the apartment thinking it was in the centre (the price would have been ok in this case) but when they sent me the address the location was completely different. 30 minutes to the center walking and taking a taxi was mandatory. For the actual location of the apartment the prize was high and we weren't counting on moving everywhere with taxi. Also the sector wasn't great.

Location was very good, the apartment was big enough, the kitchen was very well furnished.
-someone get in the apartment in the night. He had a key and didn’t have a problem to get in. - we had problems with running hot water. A flow-through boiler was installed and there was not enough pressure and to take a shower was an adventure.

The property was clean and spacious.
The term 'LUX' is misleading as there is little luxury about the property. Directions were poor and the property is cash ONLY, which wasn't advertised at time of booking. It is not walking distance to the city square, so location is not ideal. Our host 'Martin' was unresponsive after our arrival - we were looking for some local knowledge on bars/restaurants, but it wasn't forthcoming.

nothing, we didnt even got in we arrived 10PM and she shut the phone off first when we went there she said no we cant let you in you are not from Macedonia after I said I can call the police she said okay we have a room but just come and sleep nothing else.... the rudest person I ever met

Location is good. It is close to triumphal gate monument. Apartment was clean when we arrived. It is good choice for family with children.
