The hotel staff was extremely friendly

The hotel list an air conditioner. The AC in my room did NOT work, it was extremely unbearable. I ended up having to leave as the hotel was full. Management refused to issue me a refund. Extremely poor form. Word of warning, if you have any problems, management will give you the middle finger.

The location and their hospitality are fantastic. I arrived late and I was starving. Restaurants were closed, but the receptionist helped me.

It’s a modern and new hotel. Everything was nice.

I really liked the staff in the reception. They were friendly and were listening to all our needs. I also liked the location as it was bear to my training centre.

- The room did not have tea cups (ceramic or glass) and a water heater or any means to make a tea or so. They just provided paper cups. But they sent tea to our room on request. - The room was not very clean on the first day we checked in, and we had to request to change bed linen. - The room was very small. - Cleaning of the room was done on request only. On the last day, they refused to clean, saying that we were checking out in 2 hours. - Most of the staff do not speak English and say "no" to any question that we ask.

It’s really good hotel but little bit far from Istanbul airport.

Beds were signals but joined to make them one singal queen bed.
