Amazing location, walking distance from all the main attractions. Apartment is in a nice building and nice area, getting there was easy The offer free luggage keep

The apartment we get was two flors with really steep staircase between the bedroom/living room-kitchen. we couldn't get the luggage to the bedroom downstairs because it's so narrow and steep! Hot water was very limited! we were only 3 people and couldn't all shower one after the other Last thing - I bumped my head in the hair dryer that is just hanging and sticking out of the wall :( We had a really bad experience with the Taxi to the train station - they guy at the office ordered the taxi from his phone app. The driver canceled last minute but he didn't notice us and we just kept waiting until we went in again to check. He ordered another one that came in late. we almost missed our train to Florence! I know it's not their fault that taxi drivers cancel but he could have been more engaged and communicative at the situation - this was a really bad experience, and we didn't feel like he is really there for us.

There was plenty of space with a nice apartment. Air-conditioning was essential. The location was perfect. It was just easy to get the keys and to do everything involved in this apartment. When I come back to Rome, I will stay there again.

A view would’ve been nice.

The property is very near to everything (Tourist attractions, restaurants & small groceries good for tourist who are staying in an apartment that allowed you to cook) The room is clean, complete amenities, towels, body soap, laundry soap are provided and also with a strong aircondition (very important specially when traveling at the month of july/ Summer) The staff is nice, very accomodating and can speak english well.

What i didn’t like is just the elevator, its very narrow. Can fit only 4 person. But with a lot of luggage/bags/stroller, its like good for 1 person only.

Location, size, amenities

Floor had a raised platform by the second washroom that was a tripping hazard. Even though it had lights to remind you that it was there you could only see the lights from one direction especially since the floor was all the same color. A small railing with an opening would probably work better as we put chairs next to the hidden step to remind us it was there. If the raised portion was a different color that would have helped also.
