Nice location, clean and tidy. Well equipped

The appartment is for 4 people max. The 5th person has to sleep in a sofa, not convertible into a bed

The apartment had everything we needed as a family of four. The location is perfect - walking distance to Lapad Bay and Copacabana Beach - and quite close to several grocery stores and restaurants. We especially liked the two balconies from which we enjoyed the sunshine and sea breezes while eating outdoor meals and drying our laundry. Ana, our host, was very relaxed and responsive.

I think the air conditioner is too small for the apartment. for the size of apartment you need 2 Ton load AC. That will save the hosts money in the long term.

location was very convenient, as the apartment was set in a quiet area yet very close to shops, bars, restaurants and most importantly lovely scenic beach areas. the apartment was spacious, clean and very suitable for a family of four or five. there are two balconies which add to the sense of space and offer good views of the sea and mountains in the distance

Very nice and clean apartment in a very good location în Lapad, near the markets, beakeries, restaurants, Sunset beach and bus stop to go în the old city (located at 10 min by bus). Very easy and beautiful way to go to the beach (10 min by foot). Very nice owners, very helpful.

spacious, well stocked with everything you need, great location, easy walk to beach, port, restaurants and quick Uber or bus ride to beautiful old town. Lovely helpful hosts.

Not much negative to say. The balconies didn’t get the sun all day, but so easy to get to beach, so it was fine.

Such a friendly and welcoming hosts, meet us in time, explained all the rules and we were always in touch. Location is near to the beaches. House was clean and cozy, we had everything for an amazing stay. But stop just in front of the house, markets as well, all perfect.

After check out we couldnt leave our lugagge at the apartment and had to have it with us all day. Also shampoos arent provided, so take yours.

1) Value for money for a decent and clean 2 bedrooms apartment in Dubrovnik. 2) Convenient location with reasonable number of nearby restaurants, grocery stores or supermarkets. 3) Second bedroom comes with 2 single beds which is ideal for non couples adults or ones not used to sharing bed with another person.

1) Mattress of 2 single beds in smaller room not as comfortable. This may not be an issue if you are used to soft mattress. 2) Light is dim in living area due to defect of one of the ceiling light but might be easily addressed by bulb replacement.
