This was a phenomenal home to stay in! The beauty of the home is only surpassed by the beautiful scenery of the area. We stayed one night, passing through on our way to Washington. My husband and I only used one room and bathroom, but both were spacious and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace and three cozy couches.There was a fully fenced backyard that my dogs were thrilled to be in, and really nice a hot tub and porch to enjoy.We especially liked having access to the garage so we didn't have to unload the entire truck. There were many features we didn't use because of time restraints, but it was a very well thought out home. (rockers on the front porch, grill, large dining table inside and out, lovely, spacious kitchen, office workspace, etc.)This was our favorite house of the whole journey!

The property was in a very picturesque area surrounded by the unique rock formations that draw us to this part of Utah. It was nice being away from the business of the city with the house being just at the edge of the city limits. We enjoyed the quietness. Upon entry to the house you walk through a well kept patio with lots of plants. The front yard was well landscaped, pleasing to enjoy with its green grass and trees, or just pleasant to look at. The house itself was very comfortable to stay in, for us and our dogs. Ample room inside and out. Our dogs absolutely loved the large green grassy back yard to run in. The only thing that was in the downside for us was not having any window coverings at night in the living room area. All in all it was a very nice place to stay. I was disappointed we could only stay one night. We will for sure plan to stay here again in the future.

First, I have to say that the house is beautiful and great for a large family or group of friends. Close to trails and Moab. Neighborhood is very nice. I felt safe talking a long walk around. Ok, the bad. The kitchen is in bad shape. Dishwasher is not attached and seems like it will fall off when you open door. Dishes didn’t get clean and the cycle takes 3 hours. (No wonder the dishes weren’t clean in the cabinets). We ended up hand washing dishes and using the dishwasher for sanitizing to get dishes clean. Also, it looked like mouse poop was on top of dishwasher. Microwave didn’t work. We had bought frozen breakfast sandwiches that after 10 minutes were still not warm. Stove and oven worked ok, electric not gas. Knives are not sharp and cooking utensils are not the best. In addition, they provide you with limited supplies. Only three garbage bags. So, if you cook at house for multiple guest, make sure to limit how much trash you have. Only provided 1 towel for each guest, even though they have hot tub. Most places want you to use separate towels for hot tub. I did make management aware and they were willing to come by and fix but I declined. I would definitely stay there again if they fixed the kitchen. Not worth the price we paid because of the issues. Again, it’s a great house for friends and family, just needs a little attention right now.
