The villa vas very spacious and big enough for 6 people. Every one had his own comfortable bed and there were also 2 bathrooms. There is kitchen with everything you need, a toaster, microwave… Huge garden outside is also a plus, even though we couldn’t spend much time there because of the weather, but still. for heating you can use aircondition which makes the rooms quite warm.

It is very humid, so no drying of clothes and towels is available, but I thinj this is normal for all the houses here on the island.

The property host is the most lovely person you will meet in the island! She really cares and takes care of the property and was extremely attentive to all of our questions and needs. The house was lovely and quaint and the garden was spectacular, especially if you love hammocks. There are plenty of rooms with privacy for each. The kitchen has everything you need. The location was super convenient if you have a rental car. We loved staying here and we felt like it was prefect place to experience the vibe of the island.

Though there is a washing machine, which is great, it would be beneficial to have a dryer as well, since the weather is very sporadic and you can't rely on hanging clothes outside. Those with back problem might prefer to sleep in the room downstairs, as the beds in the upstairs room a little bit different than the beds we are used to back home.

This was among the most amazing places we have ever stayed. It exceeded all our expectations. It is what we think off as a European Villa. The host, Anna is wonderful, friendly and was always there to answer our question throughout our preparation of the trip and while we were there. When inside the Villa property, which is surrounded by a wall covered in beautiful plants and flowers, it feels secluded from the world and one feels like they are in their own private oasis! But, it is just minutes from Ponta Delgada and grocery stores and a short drive to everything on the Island! The Villa is spacious, and we had lots of room for our family of five. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with an amazing view of the ocean. In the morning you awake to the wonderful sounds of church bells playing out a song and birds singing in the trees.

That we had to check out and go home

Excellent location close to the highway and close to the beach. Beautifully renovated, very spacious old farmhouse. Large dining room, living room and kitchen which was well supplied for cooking. One bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, second bedroom and bathroom we used were on the second floor. The outdoor space is truly amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very private. A quick 8 minute drive to the center of Ponta Delgada. Ana was extremely helpful and responsive. We would return in a heartbeat if we visit Sao Miguel again. The photos don’t do this place justice.

Not in close walking distance to shops or restaurants but all a short drive away.

The house is incredibly beautiful and the garden is little piece of heaven on heart. Anna, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful, providing us with everything we needed to make the most of our time here. I highly recommend this place.

Usually pictures are better than reality, here is reality better than the pictures. A perfect host, beautyfull accomodation. Strongly recommended!!

Great house for a family or couple trip. All the neccesaties are there and the house has a really cool retro vibe to it. The hosts are very welcoming and even helped with transporting some of our groceries.

Not really anything negative to mention. It would be recommended if guests have access to a rental car as the location is not really close to restaurants or shops.

House is comfortable and gives a warm feeling. Great garden and great communication with the host.
