This is a large villa with incredible views across both the west and east coasts of Skopelos. There are balconies and a fabulous roof terrace where you can watch the boats, stars and sunset. The facilities are modern, clean and vast. We happily walked into Glossa (there are steps or a road) and explored the various restaurants and bars. It is not far from the bus stop if you choose not to have a car (but you need to be reasonably fit to climb back up the hill).
Nothing.

Self-catering. Great to be able to walk into Glossa from the villa. However, we could not drive up to the villa the short way as there was a car parked on the corner most days so the hire car could not make it. Fortunately, the villa manager reversed our car up the 1st day, at speed. We did not dare enter this way again - but drove around the long way for the 14 day stay.
Nothing - the villa exceeded our expectations. Being able to see the sunrise and sunset, and the views to the South from the terrace were just amazing. Also did not like the frequent barking day and night of the dogs in the neighbour's house --- she looks after 30 stray cats, and numerous stray dogs. Kind of her but did interfere with the peace.
