Apart from all the pros it is suggestion that while doing hotel business we should try to win the heart of costumer by doing small things like someone coming with a family and having a small baby then hotel staff should extend help best whatever they can for taking care of baby. For example we should not be much money minded that if costumer is asking milk for a baby then it may be given as complimentary. No need to send the milk and Khichdi along with costly invoice. People won’t have problem of paying bill of milk and Khichdi but you can impress a costumer while taking care of baby it would help you take your hotel again and again as Taj Hotel chain do. Costumer satisfaction should be on priority

Service is very poor. House keeping and customer care also. 8:30 am I was called and telled plz remove dinner things and I left from the room. I came back around 1:30 pm but they didn't remove that dinner vessels. For dinner I try to call room service. They told sr we will call back. But they didn't call I was wait around 1 hour. But I didn't get a call.
