We were going to a wedding in North Carlton and this property was perfect for us, 3 adults. We had a car but could walk into Lincoln center in about 15 minutes. Having private parking right outside the house was a huge bonus too. The house itself had everything that we needed (iron, basic cleaning things, shower gel, loo roll....), the beds were super comfortable and it was quiet. Love the little garden at the back too.

It was clean and comfortable. Great location as it is a short walk to the historic centre.

Everything had been considered. The pint of milk in the fridge and tea/coffee win bonus points after a 5hr,+ drive. Comfy and great location, the townhouse was ideal.
Only issue was the boiler/hot water tank. It's quite noisy. We had to turn the thermostat down at night to cut out the heating and the water tank hummed throughout. I didn't want to fiddle with the settings but would have loved to just shut it off altogether. I come from a rural area where there is TOTAL silence and any little noise disturbs my sleep but maybe a note on how to change the timings might help.

Very comfortable house for our needs with everything inside that we needed. We were able to park 2 cars on the driveway and the location was very convenient for walking into Lincoln city.

Closeness to town, visitor attractions, quiet street. Very cosy .
Winter duvets very thick- maybe have option of thinner ones if requested.
Second bed a bit soft for me but personal preference I suppose .

Not a huge house but very well appointed. Very clean and nicely decorated. Warm and comfy, just what we needed after a day and evening working. We would stay there again.

Lovely cosy home and close to castle and cathedral.
Personal preference,we found duvet in large bedroom to heavy ,option of sheets and blankets would be a good idea.

Only recommendation is for property owner to replace bulbs that were not working in light fittings as it made the rooms a bit dark

Location was great, close enough to main attractions. The accomodation was spacious and clean and the host was welcoming. The parking was also a plus.

The location was fabulous, we couldn't have chosen better! Great to have off road parking too. The house was very comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing that we didn't like, just a bit disappointed that there was no cafetiere when I'd asked about one.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Parking for two cars. Decent shower. Spacious rooms. Private garden space. Close to town centre and local shops to meet all needs. Great value.
A few cobwebs in bathroom was only complaint. No recycling? Couldn't find a recycling bin.

This was a last minute booking after our Spanish holiday was cancelled. Very central for shops, bars and restaurants. House had everything we needed.

No taxi rank so had to pre book all the time, really frustrating as we were at the top of steep hill
