Wonderful location near the waterfront with good restaurants and bars nearby. Spacious apartment in a secure residential block.
The apartment felt like it needed some tender loving care. Lots of things were in need of an upgrade. One of the toilet seats was broken and we felt a little misled by the description of 2 bathrooms when in fact it was 1 bathroom and a separate WC. We were disappointed the TV wasn’t a smart TV. The kitchen equipment was basic but we managed to cook ok. The mattress in the back bedroom needs replacing and wasn’t comfortable. Whilst things felt clean on the surface, the apartment would benefit from a deep clean.

Un poco descuidado. Uno de los balcones no se podía abrir porque tenía la manilla rota, la tapa del vater rota, los accesorios del baño se caían porque están pegados con cinta en la pared.

The location is perfect. It was minutes walk from historic sites and the marina port, also surrounded by good restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The beds were very good; we loved the mattress!!!!
The property needs to be cleaned, mirrors were very dusty and bathrooms toilets stained and old , the rooms don’t have tv, and they need to replace the living room couch it’s old and uncomfortable. This property is old and we would wake up at 7:30pm with a loud construction noise right above our room. This property has a great potential to be better taken care of because the location is excellent!

The hosts were very helpful and responsive.
The neighborhood had some good restaurants
The bedrooms are spacious, and the 2nd half-bathroom was helpful
The apartment has a bad odor (smell). It seemed like someone was smoking in the apartment a long time ago. We reported it to the hosts, and they said they didn’t smell it, and nothing could be done to fix it. I think this is true. The smell was probably deep in the walls. It especially bothered my wife. I noticed it every time I entered and when I went near the entry and kitchen. When we arrived at our next destination, we had to wash all of our clothes to remove the smell.
