That no one was available apon arrival yet money was taken from my account and I was unable to get into a room

It was so convenient as it is close to shops and petrol station. Did not have to travel far at all to get necessities. The guy receptionist was so friendly, even gave me a discount for extending my stay a few more days😊 Bonus!
Mould in the shower, and actual shower head had gunk around it.

The room was clean and comfortable,
There were 5 or 6 steps up to the room, although it was classed as a ground floor room, and was a problem for me as I find stairs very taxing.

Free upgrade to a bigger room. Left an item behind and was advised within a couple of hours leaving. Friendly and helpful staff

Reasonably quiet. Good sized room.
The smokers using the common areas as a an ashtray. Ash and butts on and around the stairs. Also the smell of cigarettes wafting from the bathroom windows. Obviously there are a few permanent residents living there.

Downstairs room was easy to get to and it was comfortable . It was near a Chinese restaurant which was excellent.
We would have liked to be able to park the car right outside our room

This place is the worst place I have ever been to, there was no way I was sleeping there with my children the front door had a regular push button knob that was the only front door security and you can see where people have broken in previously! It stunk and there was still stains on the toilet seat... the back screen door had a hole where someone had pushed their fingers through to get to the glass door lock. Super unsafe and unclean! We dropped the keys at the counter and left!

Should of read google reviews before booking,, if I had I never would of booked. Overall unit was dirty, blood stains on sheets, unit had a ghastly smell which lasted throughout our stay etc etc
