It was my birthday getaway and the hotel made it memorable by adding balloons 🎈 and cake as surprise in my room. The staff wrote me a card and that was so kind and sweet. I was so happy 😁

Beach: The private beach was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the sea.
Breakfast: Breakfast had a good variety of food, with fresh and tasty options. There were choices suitable for both adults and children.
The dinner options for kids were a little limited, and it would be great to have more child-friendly choices and variety, especially for younger children.

I like the resort too much first time to me but staff is extremely nice i asked them to provide room near to left because my back pain they was very supportive and understanding

it did not live up to expectations or justify the price.
The food quality was disappointing and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooms were also smaller than anticipated, which made the stay less comfortable.
In terms of facilities, there was very little to enjoy, making it hard to feel like a proper staycation experience. On top of that, the check-in process took an unreasonably long time, which set a negative tone right from the start.
