The staff are lovely and this is a very nice place to stay. It's very clean and in a great location near to the main train station in Firenze and within easy walking distance of all the main sights.
It's a shared bathroom outside the room - but the bathroom was very clean.
Also it's a bit noisy as it's beside a busy road, so naturally there is some noise from traffic. It's not too bad though, but you have to keep the window closed really (there is AC in the room anyway).

The staff were very helpful. The room is very comfortable and large and clean. The location was very close to the train station. I would definitely return here.
There is no fridge in room but there is a shared fridge in building. No complaints :)

Close to Train station.
Friendly staff.
Extremely loud street can be heard from room at late hours.
Shared bathroom as advertised but only one for the whole floor.
Ac fan would shut off every 15 mins. Could have been user error.
