L’hygiène reste a désiré. Pas d eau chaude dans notre chambre il nous demande de se doucher dans celle de nos enfants, le personnel ne dit même pas bonjour aux clients, trop concentré à regarder des vidéos sur son ordinateur. Ordure dans la cours de l’hôtel. Nuit agité entre le passage des voitures et les vidéos qui tourne à longueur de nuit. Je déconseille fortement. Ne comptez pas sur eux pour réserver une navette aéroport elle n est jamais arrivé.

Location is good. Very relaxing. You can go to other places in the city by tricycle ride. Very accessible.

The place is located on the quieter side of Puerto Princesa but still just around 10 min away from downtown Rizal Ave by car or motorcycle. The place is being managed personally by the couple owners. It has a view of the sea and is bordered with mangroves and fish ponds. The place gives this classic mansion vibe. Maybe because of their furniture, the chair tables which are really made of heavy hard wood which I associate with the style of the old money rich family. It is just a walk away from Ka Joel restaurant and a few burger joints. .

If you have not rented a motor or vehicle, you might find it harder to go out especially at night. You have to wait for a vacant tricycle. A Better way is to walk to the busier side of Abanico Road going to Mang Joel.

The location is near at the airport and there were restaurants nearby. The staff which I assume is the owner is very friendly and accommodating.

I was not provided a remote for the Aircon. I don't like super cold rooms. I didn't ask anyway.

Easy and comfortable check in and out. The staff is very friendly, I got help with laundry and everything was taken care of for me. The property and room were very clean. Aircon, warm water working fine, bed, towels and sheets are comfortable. Every floor has a balcony to relax at and the view from the top floor (3rd?) is nice with ocean view. The location was perfect for me, as there is a Crossfit gym 300 m away for anyone who likes to work out. also the street has some cute restaurants. I walked around as a female solo traveler also after dark and felt safe. Tricycles are available non stop. I definitely recommend this accommodation for a quiet and cozy stay.

I didn't really check as it didn't matter to me, but not sure about wifi quality (either no perfect connection or you need to buy a voucher)

It gives you a homey feel, it's a little family-owned accommodation. The owner and staff are very very helpful and proactive. From the food down to the requests we have, they're always provided what we needed. Also helped us book our tours and arranged a service for us.

The property may need a little bit of renovation on certain areas such as the restrooms, and for better toiletries to be provided. The faucet water seemed not so clean so we used mineral water for toothbrushing etc, but maybe it's not on the property, it might be because of the area. Other than that, it's all good.
