Big and spacious room. Ac was good. Water pressure was strong. When I had to leave because the room was so bad and not comfortable to stay in because of insects after 2 nights they were understanding and refunded me the remaining 5.

Room was old and in need of renovation. All bathroom fixtures were old and need changing. A pipe burst in the bathroom during my stay. Room was filled with bugs. Not comfortable at all, I had to cut my stay short and move hotel because I was so uncomfortable. They were doing major renovations to the property while I was there. Should be better once it’s fixed up. Loud noises from the road all the time. Towels were very old and stained.

They were renovating the accomodation but they should close it in the mean while or lower their prices. I paid a lot of money for the room but couldnt even use a pool. the room itself: ceiling are leaking water everywhere so you stepping in water every time you walk arround. airco smells like mold and woke me up every night due to the noice (when i turned off ac it still made some kind of noice every 10min) . Due to the renovations, the floors of my room + other furniture were covered in thick layer of dust. the badroom needs renovation too. the shower only works 50%. this was the most expensive hotel i paid for in bali and had no facilities (no breakf/swimmingpool??) + room that was bad. I mentioned all of the above to the staff but they just said sorry for the inconvenience of the renovation?

The location is perfect, directly at the shortcut. The villa by it self is mind-blowing especially with the pool directly in front of it. Staff was super friendly and helped out with everything (laundry, airport shuttle, ...) Furthermore the kitchen and dinning area is massive, I reckon that would be perfect for big families too.

The room, swimming pool area and staff were lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Canggu. Location is great, on the shortcut so perfect location to everywhere in Canggu. Felt very safe.

The staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond and helped us at all times. The room was always neat and tidy when we returned after a long day out. The staff always brought us a bottle of water and checked if we needed anything. When me and my friend were sick, the staff helped us out and helped accommodate the doctor who came to the villa.

the swimming pool

Very old and very dirty. no fan, bed linen too old & grey colour. Noisy street right behind the corner + big building constructions started 7.30 every morning. Dirty kitchen. greesy noisy aircon which was working bad too. bath and toilet are in poor condition.
