WORST HOTEL IN CANGGU DO NOT STAY HERE The hotel is DISGUSTING. Our first room smelt like smoke and damp so we asked to move room. The second room smelt even worse but it was 9pm so we had to stay for the night. There were geckos and cockroaches in the room running on the ceiling. The bed sheets were stained, the shower was filthy and unclean with very weak power, and the blind had mould spots We checked out after only one night and requested a refund for the night we didn’t stay. They said it is non refundable! This is absolutely ridiculous and I explained that we were checking out because of countless issues Only on showing the images of how bad the room was, did the supervisor say she would speak to management regarding a refund Thankfully we booked through a booking partner as without that, these scammers would never provide a refund Do not waste your money here, I would rather stay in a shack than spend another night in Koa - in fact, it was probably comparable to a shack anyway…

Great location, clean hotel, fair price.

Very noisy, was impossible to have a full nights sleep due to the noise from the corridor and room next door. Spaces between the door so you can hear everything out.

the property is lovely, pool area is very nice, staff are very friendly, breakfast variety is good! yea and coffee included but if you would like a coffee made it’s super cheap

the property is super close to Finns but is a 10 minute walk to the restaurants which isn’t too bad but it’s quite a dark road at night. small things like no soap at the bathroom sink or hand towel but that’s super picky

the rooftop pool was amazing and the food and drinks were a really reasonable price! the room was clean and spacious and had a big window with a nice view! 5 minutes walk to the beach

the double room was two single beds pushed together, other than that very good value for money and a really nice hotel!

The location was good, it was great that there was a rooftop, the view from the rooftop was good, it was good that breakfast was available, that our room had great air conditioning, and a large bed.

The overall lighting in the room was really bad but especially in the bathroom. There was no ventilation in the bathroom for steam, the shower head was loose, the water from the shower got all over the bathroom floor rather than going into the drain, our bed smelled like fake floral chemicals near the headboard. There were basically no vegan or gluten-free options for breakfast aside from fruit (so, not worth paying extra for breakfast for one of us). And the photos of the hotel were obviously old, from when it was new, because it desperately needed paint on the roof deck, there were cracks in the wall of the pool facing the roof restaurant. Also, the floor of roof restaurant has so many levels that don’t make any sense- there is no clear or easy path from the elevator to the pool- you have to step up, then duck because the roof is so low only children can walk under it, and then you have to walk up some more stairs. And if you want to sit at a table and have a meal, you have to step up to step down- just make it easy to walk from one part of the deck to another! Though everything else about the hotel could be wheelchair-friendly, there is definitely no pool access for people who aren’t fully mobile.

Amazing location right close to the beach and the main strip with lots of bars and clubs on it. Room was comfy and the bathroom was nice.

It was a really standard room for a higher price. The cost is for the location and other than that there's nothing special about it. The AC was loud at night and the pool was dirty.

Good location, clean room and easy check-in. Plenty of good food options near the hotel and walking distance to the beach.

Food by the pool wasn't great and staff weren't very attentive.
