Everything! We had such an amazing 10 nights at villa Demi. The owner, Christos, is lovely and even left us some essentials in the villa as we didn't arrive until after midnight, this was such a lovely touch. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was great, it was so nice to be able to have our own pool to cool off in as well as table tennis and a pool table in the garden! We had a problem with the air con in one of the bedrooms when we arrived and Christos had someone come to fix it within an hour of me mentioning it in the morning. Couldn't ask for more! Less than 5 minutes walk to the main supermarket, 10 minutes to the strip with bars and restaurants, and about the same to the beach! Perfect location, close to everything, but feels nice and private and secluded. Bus route is available nearby to go to the harbour which also goes past the Tombs of the King's and ends near to the archaeological park. We also hired bikes one day to visit the Edro III shipwreck, and hired a car for 2 days to visit the waterpark, sea caves and the Saint Neophytos Monastery which were all within half an hour drive! Thank you Christos for a wonderful holiday. We will be back! -Lisa

That we had to leave!

We have stayed in many villas in Coral Bay and this was the best by far in terms of location and facilities within the villa. 2 mins walk to the main supermarket ( philpots we call it ) and 5 mins walk to the centre of the Coral Bay strip. The host Christos is only a phone call away if you need him otherwise he leaves you to enjoy your well earned break. We would definitely recommend the villa and will hopefully stay again in the future.

The property was very spacious, had a lovely wrap around garden with swimming pool. Very private indeed.

Nope

The villa is great. There was absolutely everything we needed and even more. Comfortable kitchen and dining room, nice bedrooms, beautiful patio with pool, barbecue and even billiards and ping pong table. Children always had something to do :) There is a lot of space, trees and flowers around. Very pleasant place to stay. Christos was very welcoming and prepared water, juices, fruit and a bottle of good local wine for us. It was very nice of him. Thanks! We will come again.

Fantastic property, great swimming pool and in Christos a fantastic host. Property nice and clean and well stocked with all you would need. Within short walking distance of large supermarket and bars restaurants etc.

A/C was not working downstairs which given that we arrived during a heatwave was a disappointment. Apart from that, no negatives whatsoever.

Leaving !

Location was great. Cristos is the perfect owner... Came a couple of times to check all is fine, but not intrusive at all. The decks and terraces are well thought out. Places to get out of the sun and sit in the evenings. Lovely

Coffee machine had a European 2 pin plug so we bought a cafetierre for 7 euros... Got to have a morning coffee fix!
