Sulla Spiaggia is a spacious apartment, with a character, beautifully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything one would need on holidays. There are lots of lamps and mirrors, three balconies with tables, chairs and benches. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen and lots of plates, cups, cutlery and all sorts of kitchen utensils. Everything was perfect, beds were comfortable and we had amazing 6 days there. The beach is just few steps down and there is an outside shower on the entrance/ exit to/ from the beach so you can wash of sand and salty water of you. We had our 6 days break in the beginning of October and it was great- the beach was empty, it was quiet and the weather was still good for sunbathing and sea swimming. Every evening we would have dinner at the balcony looking at the sunset at the sea- what a view!!! Vito, our host was always available and helped us with the airport shuttle. We had no problems with communication as Vito is friendly and reliable. Overall Sulla Spiaggia is an amazing place, we felt special there. It’s a place that we want to come back and definitely will. Very nice apartment located just next to a great beach - you just need to walk down a few steps. Large and very comfortable living room with a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The apartment house has its own part of the beach and the host provides (free of charge) some beach beds, umbrellas and beach toys for kids, which is great. There is a small town center nearby (5 min walk) with all the shops and some restaurants and cafes, plus there are some bistros and bars on the beach, too. No tourist traps, mostly locals. Beach itself is really long, with very nice sand, clean water and shallow sea (ideal for children). Overal a great location. Apartment and kitchen are reasonably furnished. The host communicates very well and also arranged an airport transfer for our family - much appreciated. I can definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

Some appliences are a bit old and you need to count with the fact that there is just a limited air-conditioning. But you can vent the apartment quite well. The bars on the beach can get a bit noisy on some evenings, it's not a completely secluded space (but that's just a fact and a balanced by the beach itself and easy access to it).

The location is perfect! The apartment is located on the beach. Silence place. Not far from the supermarket or coffee bar. The owner very quickly reacts to an additional question.

In the kitchen is old staff but you could find what you need to prepare a meal.
