Ms Tina is the best. I really appreciate how she is organised as property manager, everything was so smooth. She also gave us information on what to do at Batumi and it was very helpful.
Water coming very poorly at shower, it was not convenient.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Tina who is a wonderful, friendly and hospitable host. We were in touch since I booked the apartment, and she was very kind to adjust the payment terms, provided me with a lot of must-eat and must-see places and made sure my stay was convenient until the end.
The apartment is located on the 16th floor in one of the Orbi Towers. The room itself completely fulfilled my expectations - it was clean, all the facilities were available and the sea view was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable. It was very easy to get into the apartment - Tina's instructions were really clear.
The location is excellent - the beach is about 5 minutes away.
It was really quiet during the stay - I wasn't bothered by noise.
It was quite cold at nights, but that's understandable cause it was the end of February. But the heating mode on the air conditioner helped warm it, and everything was OK in the end.
The way to the old town takes about 30-35 minutes on foot, but it wasn't a big deal.

The apartment has a hreat view, very good interior and perfect location.
a little bit noisy , because we had a neibhouurs with a baby, but this was not a problem for us.

I liked the view of the room and all the hope appliances that was available, and washing machine with powder even, very cozy and warm
I didn't like that bathroom wasn't cleaned enough like the tap and staff, shower curtain was material and the water was going out most of the time, and didn't have the oblution pipe on toilet

Best location in the city for affordable rates. Many restaurants including rare Indian one available just 500m away. Beach 500m away. Carrefour, other groceries nearby. ATM and PCR tests available within 500m distance. And many more.. M

The location was close to everything we need and the view from the room was very nice
The tower itself wasn't very nice and the buildings surrounding the tower were in a very bad shape which was a concern when we first reached. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the sheets didn't smell like newly washed sheets.
