The staff was great and friendly, even kept our luggage after check-out so that we could enjoy more of the city before going to the airport. The location is excellent and the room was great.

As I had work to do nearby, location was a plus

Although the apartment is spacious, it is poorly equipped—kitchenware of poor quality. The living room has no air-conditioner - São Paulo can be very hot in the Summer. Not even an electric fan. Linen, pillows, blankets - everything is of low quality. There is no lamp by the bed, if you like reading before sleeping, don't choose this place. The building has 13 floors and 12 apartments per floor. Only two elevators. I spent 5 days there, four of which with only one elevator functioning: where is the maintenance ? No accessibility for people with disabilities, to enter the building 15 steps, no ramp

The location is perfect. The apartment is nice and clean. It's good for a short stay.

Some amenities for the guests would've been nice, like a coffee maker/coffee filter + new coffee, drinking water.

Easy check in process (though they only take cash to pay), great room with everything you need, there's also a small gym in the building as well as a pool, 24/7 security with friendly staff, and it's in a great neighborhood.
