it was a spacious apartment. location was great. you can take a tram to go straight to the sea side easily. all kitchen utensils are provided. tea bags , tea, coffee, washing/ cleaning agents salt pepper all are already in the apartment.
it is in 5th floor with elevator. you have to take 4-5 stairs to reach the elevator from entrance
beds were so comfortable. one the best beds I have slept on. the toilet is separate from bath/shower area. but you should use bath basin to wash your hands.
smart TV is provided.
all rooms have air conditioning
rooms walls need painting, wall's paints were so unclean and old
the light in one the rooms was insufficient.
if you have car, be noted that the parking provided is operated by elevator. the entrance of that elevator is not wide so you cannot use it with SUV cars. during our stay the elevator broke and we could not use our car for two days.
the water warming unit is operated once daily and it was advised that it is sufficient for 30-60 min shower per day. so if you exceed that, the water will go cold until next morning. we had no problem as we were two person.
