Genau wie beschrieben.. Die Aussicht war unglaublich. & realistische 35min von Funchal entfernt.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Eher abgelegen, was für uns ein Buchungskriterium war. Die Villa selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht (ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wäscheständer, etc.). Der Self-Check-in war super. Der Pool mit Heizung war das Highlight. Abends haben wir auf der schönen Terasse oft gegrillt.

La localisation idéale sur l’île, la vue de la terrasse, la piscine et le confort. Il y a également une vérada qui débute juste à côté de la maison, sympa à faire.

La voirie devant la maison et plus spécifiquement devant l’entrée du parking devrait être réparée ou un peu mieux aménagée car c’est assez sportif d’y entrer sans abîmer la voiture entre les ornières et les buissons.

We had a pleasant stay overall, but unfortunately the house did not fully meet our expectations. The view is absolutely stunning and is definitely one of the strongest points of the property. The mid-stay cleaning was also excellent and very much appreciated. However, when we arrived, several items were missing or not working properly. After contacting the person in charge of the house, most issues were dealt with quickly, which we appreciated. However, the pool light kept flashing and was only repaired on the fourth day of our stay. The glass panels around the pool were also quite dirty, which was a shame as they partially obstructed the beautiful view. We also found the kitchen equipment rather limited for a house of this standard. The tableware felt quite basic, almost like hard plastic, and the glasses were a random mix of different styles. For example, there were only two proper glasses for poncha, despite it being such a typical local drink. Another point that could really improve the atmosphere is the lighting. Both inside and outside, the house lacks warm, ambient lighting. The two ceiling lights in front of the large glass doors were so weak that they were almost useless. We mentioned this during our stay, but unfortunately nothing was changed. It is a beautiful property with a fantastic location and a lot of potential, but for a house of this category, we expected more attention to detail and a higher overall standard. We enjoyed our stay, but considering the experience as a whole, we were disappointed and unfortunately would not return.
