More moskitos nets at the windows that do not have could be useful to cope with the heat in the rooms over night (in order to be able to leave the winndows open). The plug-in ventilators are of some good but are not enough if it is very hot over the day.

The location is fine almost at the center of the island. By walking you can go to a supermarket , a coffee shop, and a grill souvlaki restaurant. The house is cute, clean, not hot at all and very quiet. It feels like you stay in a village. We are the kind of people that appreciate nature, calmness, hate mass tourism and appreciate reasonable prices. The absence of an A/C and a TV didn't bother us at all, instead we found it ideal. Claire, was very sweet and helpful giving us some nice Kythera tips and very available when we needed her. Would definitely visit again.

Frist if all the style of the house, it is fully refurbished but with great respect to its traditional features. I loved the fact that the room is full of natural light due to little windows in the roof of the house. The room was well equipped, with outdoor space both on the level of the room and on the roof. The bathroom is just amazing, spacious and very stylish. There is also a kitchenette where some basic meals can be prepared. Location is also comfortable, more less in the middle of the island which gives a good possibility to see all the attractions. Finally, the host is very welcoming and friendly. I was surprised to see that even if we stayed only few days, room service was offered in the middle of the stay, with fresh sheets, towels and rubbish disposal. If anytime I will be travelling back to Kythira, this will definitely be the place to stay again.

Everything was great. If there is anything I could point out, some guests may would prefer the air-conditioning in comparison to the fan. For me personally since there is a ceiling and a floor fan, it was enough.

Aroniadika is dreamy! The house is amazing, comfortable, has everything you need, the area is quiet and, since it is in the middle of Kythira, it’s close to the rest of the villages. Claire is lovely; she’s kind, helpful and can give you all the details you may need.

The property has character. It has been renovated and decorated with care and respect for the local colour. It is also located in the center of the island (so you are not far from anything) and there is a super market, grill and coffee shop in the village. Finally, the owner is very friendly and helpful.

In hot days, air conditioning or even a fan would have been greatly appreciated. Also, the wifi reception was very poor; this is an elementary amenity.
