Clean, close to everything, great facilities

space between shower and wall was a bit small for my 6foot partner, pillows were super thin

Well, where do I start. Friendly and helpful staff, newly renovated and it looked great. We only needed a one bedroom and it was two bedrooms and so we could see what others needing a two bedroom would be getting. Awesome. So clean!!!! The kitchen has a cook top stove, microwave and a large fridge. The drawers filled with many utensils, very well thought about. The lounge has two, two-seater lounges with an aircon. The large dinning table and chairs were comfortable and the double blinds were such a great idea - day blind and a night blind. They are great little chalets. So close to everything too.

A doona would have been great even though had electric blanket on double bed but non on single beds it was very cold when I was there. Other than that it was everything I expected.

The chalet was a lovely home away from home . They have thought of everything, including electric blankets .

Location was great staff lovely. Recent renovation but lacking somethings. Sorry for a poor review but we hoped for more. The first question was "how was breakfast" this was not included in this stay.

No smoke alarms, fire blanket or extinguisher - thought some of these are compulsory. Kettle had to be on the top of the microwave as the only plug was located by the fridge to do the kettle, toaster, our coffee machine. Flooring under carpet in second bedroom had three areas where the floor boards were in disrepair and quite large indentations are occurring in the carpet. Bathroom had no floor waste - if there ever was a problem the water could not escape and flooding would occur. We were aware of the slippery surface of the bathroom floor tiles and in the shower recess in particular. No security on front wire door. Ceiling not painted in bathroom. Top drawer of new kitchen cupboard is needing some repair. Sorry but feel these items can easily be fixed.

Great local, staff were very helpful and accom was well maintained. Even kitchen knives had been sharpened!

no iron step to property dangerous and step to car trip hazard very noisy - can hear people in neighbouring rooms. light outside shone in even when blind down.

Rust in sink - one morning had hot water failure - button on WC cistern failed to return on numerous occasions.

nice unit 5 minutes walk to merry & 10 minutes from town. basic but very clean with everything you need. caretakers we’re lovely and very helpful. would recommend and stay again
