Excellent location in the old town, easy walking distance to the Central Park, markets, and restaurants. There was private parking onsite. Had a washing machine, large bathroom, and small kitchen with fridge. Host was lovely. Bed was comfy.
Parking a little difficult to get in and out of, just needed some instructions on what to do when you want to leave. The floors really needed a sweep and a mop (being picky here!). It was hard to see outside from the bedroom because of where the window is, so if claustrophobic this may be an issue.

Really spacious room for three, great value for money even for two of us. Perfect location in Borjomi for the park, pools, shops and restaurants.
Shower was a bit blocked so water did go all over the bathroom. Just a minor inconvenience.

I booked the accomodation for my mom and aunt, and they were delighted with the perfect location, the cleanliness of the property, and incredibly supportive host Mrs. Irina.
Thank you!
Highly recommended!
