Great location, easy walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Pool is very nice. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the team was helpful.

One of the best place to stay in the middle of central Pattaya. Close to everything. Quiet and a good place for families.
Nothing.

The property was small and comfy. Worth the money.
The bathtub was soo small. You can stand and bath, thats it- you can sit comfortably and relax.

It's not a 'flash' hotel as it's a bit past it's best and in need of some basic renovation. However, it's in a good location (close to bars, the beach, places to eat, markets, etc) and is generally clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful enough, it's got a pretty good pool, and the breakfast is OK (not great, but not terrible), so overall a good place to stay if you're looking for 'cheap and cheerful'.
The wi-fi is REALLY unreliable and apparently has been for some time. The staff said it had been reported to the owners/management but nothing gets done about it.
